Reserving Your Appointment:
Reserving your appointment is very easy. You can call; email or you can book online! Please book at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance to give us time to prepare. During those weeks, I will call you and go over any questions you might have and talk about your expectations and/or ideas for the session. We can do that over the phone or we can meet for lunch.
Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Your session can be rescheduled for any other available date. Sometimes on-location sessions have to be rescheduled due to weather conditions.
All images & creations are the property of Brandy Inc/Studio Brandy Photography. Please do not scan, print, alter or reproduce any of them in any way without our permission. This is a form of stealing. I have a Copyright & Model Release form that must be signed and given back before or the day of your session.
Although the Copyright portion of the form is mandatory, the Model Release is not. The Model Release is basically you giving us permission to use photos from your session in marketing materials (printed or online) for promoting Studio Brandy Photography. We do strongly encourage you sign it. If you do not sign it, you will not be eligible for promotions and/or discounts that may be offered and your teasers will not be posted our blog nor on our facebook fan page.
Before Your Session:
Please don’t pump up your child or pressure them about getting their picture taken. The cute little expressions that they make turn out to be the cutest photographs. Get together any props, clothing, etc. you want to bring to the session. Please remember to only have the people who will be in the portraits at the session. Lots of people can easily be overwhelming and distracting. Other cameras, camcorders, or recording devices are not allowed either, as they are also distracting.
After Your Session:
After your session, it will be approximately 10-14 days until your portraits will be ready for viewing. Between the time the session is over and the time your portraits are ready, start checking our Blog for little teasers of our favorite ones from your session. Once they are ready,
We will send you an email letting you know that they are ready for viewing. It will include a password if you choose to have your online gallery password protected as well as a link to the gallery. Your gallery will be available for viewing for 6 weeks. There is a $30 rehosting fee. Once you have viewed your portraits, please feel free to let us know if you want anything changed or if you have certain ones in mind for a collage or storyboard. You may also give your password to any family member or friend so they may order too. That option is at your discretion. Once your order is placed, your portraits should arrive in about two weeks, Fine Art and Custom Albums take a bit longer. Rush orders are available on most items, but that is additional.
Placing your order:
Orders are placed online, but feel free to call at anytime. 100% of the payment is due at the time the order is placed. Cash, Check or Money Order, PayPal, Visa, Master Card or American Express are all accepted. There is a $30 fee for returned checks. Payment plans are available but products will not be sent to print and/or delivered until the order is paid in full.
After your order is placed, your images are sent to a highly professional digital photo lab that only professional photographers can use. Since we put so much work in every image, we want the print to be the best.
Delivery of Prints:
Once we receive your order, we can drop it off to you, mail it to you or you can come get it from us.
