Cancellation Policy
I understand that things in life come up or emergencies happen and I am more than happy to accommodate the best I can. I do ask that should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason that you notify me with ample time to fill your appointment spot. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so a minimum of 24 hours prior to your booked appt time. Failure to do so without an emergency will result in a charge of $50 cancellation fee. Once there are 2 no call/no shows, there will be a possibility that we will refuse to service you or charge a deposit for your service.
Late Policy
Late guests who do not show up on time will have to accept an abbreviated service so that we are able to stay on time for the remainder of our guests. Some appointments are not able to be abbreviated, so please let us know as soon as possible if you are going to be late. Late guests are still responsible for full payment of service booked. If an entire appointment is missed and I cannot fit you in at a later time on the same day, my cancelation policy will be applied.
